“Check in was easy. The room was clean. The bed was okay, sloped towards the middle. The shower is very powerful and hard to adjust so just be forewarned. “The house was as advertised...clean and comfortable. There were a couple of things that could have been better. We had trouble adjusting the thermostat to our needs. It was 70 degrees, which is a little warm for us at night. We tried to lower the temp, but it would not go below 70 degrees. We ended up using a fan and opening a window in the bedroom. Secondly the back deck is dangerous! There are planks that are coming loose and almost feels as if a person could fall through. This should……

“We had a lovely time at the Floradora House! This adorable little house is in a prime location to enjoy downtown Glenwood Springs. Our room was very nice and the downstairs common room was cute and comfortable. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast out on the front porch. We specifically appreciated the provided towels for the hot springs because we forgot our beach towels. The neighborhood has free street parking and felt very safe. I would highly recommend the Floradora House for a fun weekend getaway……

“All communication is copy and paste. So they talk about things that aren’t even an option such as a hot tub that is at a different location. 1 bathroom didn’t even have hand soap. We got 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. When we emailed to have more brought over they responded with if we run out it’s up to us to restock.
