“The square footage of the house was unbelievable. Made you feel like you had plenty of breathing room. We had a party of 11 "grown-ups" and one baby and had much room to spare in order to spread out. Host was always immediate in any questions or concerns we had and saw to it that they were addressed. Wonderful location on the river (truly on the river). Tried fishing the river with flies (no one in our party great fishermen) but had much more luck with lures. Caught a few and had lot's of fun. 2……

“We had a lovely time at the Floradora House! This adorable little house is in a prime location to enjoy downtown Glenwood Springs. Our room was very nice and the downstairs common room was cute and comfortable. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast out on the front porch. We specifically appreciated the provided towels for the hot springs because we forgot our beach towels. The neighborhood has free street parking and felt very safe. I would highly recommend the Floradora House for a fun weekend getaway……

“Check in was easy. The room was clean. The bed was okay, sloped towards the middle. The shower is very powerful and hard to adjust so just be forewarned. The fireplace wasn't operational while we were there but I didn't bother to check with the host since we were there for just one night. Cute house, great location, quiet. “We had to communicate to the manager to get into the house, the phone number provided didn't work and also sent messages on Vrbo app. We called Vrbo directly and was able to get into the house that way a bit after our initial check in time, so that extra hiccup was easily avoidable with better communication prior to check in time.The location of the house was great, we did run out of simple things like toilet paper and kleenex that should have been better stocked. ”

“The home was perfect for our trip and close to town. We did have to sweep the stairs because they were covered in pet hair and our kids found a condom wrapper under a bed. Both small things and would not deter us from renting it again. ”

“All communication is copy and paste. So they talk about things that aren’t even an option such as a hot tub that is at a different location. 1 bathroom didn’t even have hand soap. We got 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. When we emailed to have more brought over they responded with if we run out it’s up to us to restock. Then they said the house cleaner would drop some soap off. Then they said that isn’t going to happen cause the cleaner is too busy. Communication was terrible. All bedding is……
