"I know, I too was skeptical about ALL of the 5-star ratings for Post Office Ranch, but my 15yr old daughter and I stayed there for a week during our ski trip to Monarch Mountain. I will tell you that it is NOT a 5-star hotel, but rather a 5-star EXPERIENCE! I couldn't have picked a better place to stay! "We often have trouble finding places with enough bed space when traveling, not here, sore than enough room, all in comfortable beds. All TV’s and appliance clean and working, including BbQ grill on patio. The property is about 10 mins. from Durango and shopping, but we found that a plus. Quiet property on ranch land and we watched deer grazing in the pastures around us while we enjoyed the hot tub. Game room is a plus especially with teens along. We would definitely stay again."
