"Very small bathroom, only blackout drapes, no shears or shades, the adjoining room next to us was empty but the TV was on ALL night and kept us awake our entire first night. Staff did turn off the TV the next day but offered nothing for the inconvenience and sleepless night. No housekeeping services were performed in our room during our two night stay. Pool was closed during our stay with no advance warning or notice. "
