「The water tab in bathroom would not turn off. Shower tap was hard to set. Breakfast was good! When I went to check out could not find anyone to talk with, so I just left the key.」

「Room was dirty, floors, vents, just a mess! There was a bottle under one bed and dog food under the other one. The vents hadn’t been cleaned in years and the pool was unusable!! Staff was absent and no toiletries provided except a bar of soap. You may as well stay at a bus station and share a space with total strangers! Cannot recommend staying here- needs a lot of general maintenance and this is not what we expected at all! With the weather so hot a pool would have been a nice amenity to use...

「This place was way too expensive ($500 for 2 nights) for grand junction and the condition of the property. It needs to be modernized. While staying there for a CMU tour, there was a kitchen fire or something. Tons of smoke and the smell of burnt hamburgers during our stay. No fan system going or anything. More like a motel 6.」

「The woman who runs the inn is very nice but the place is dated and the bed is incredibly uncomfortable. There is also no sitting room as you’d expect in an inn no housekeeping and your breakfast is at 8:00 or 8:30. No sleeping in.」

「We rented two rooms. I stayed there with my adult son and his children. My mother and I stayed in a room together. She used a walker and there was plenty of space for her to turn around and there was great access for her to get in and out of the shower and to use the restroom. The hotel looks like it was built in the 80s and either added onto or updated a different points. 「It was a nice hotel and close to everything. The only issue we had was that we paid $10 per day for parking and each night when we returned parking was very hard to find and very inconvenient to park at the back of the lot with between big trucks in small spaces.」

「The inside and rooms coukd use a face-lift. For what we paid for the room, I thought it would be more modern but it was outdated. Staff were amazing. We were greeted when we came in and left. Friendly, kind and caring.」
