bro, we didn’t even have a room service. There was a bunch of crackheads and weed heads walking outside. They were up at like four in the morning arguing. Our freaking pillows were dirty and the sheet was dirty. They gave us a freaking sheet as a cover and then when we asked for a comforter, they told us don’t get it dirty like what the heck the microwave kept getting locked I guess because you have to unlock the microwave. The freaking shower was also dirty and once again we didn’t even have room service. I left for one night and my bed was dirty in the morning like what the heck and we also saw a roach.

The people at the front desk were so sweet. They were the best part of our experience. The rooms are very different than the pictures online. I booked 2 rooms, one for me and my 2 youngest children, another for my sister and my oldest child. I had booked adjoining rooms. Our rooms were 3 rooms apart. One room smelled like cigarette smoke and the sink was not attached to the counter. It also leaked water all over the floor. The other room had a moldy shower curtain and the bottom of bathroom door was broken off. in both rooms, the floor was dirty and sticky. Both rooms smelled funky. Neither one of the rooms had comforters. Just very thin sheets and the mattresses felt hard as rocks. There was also cockroaches in both rooms. Neither room had trash cans. There was a very clear prostitute just a few rooms down from us, and we had a strange man knock on our door at 6am, looking for his drug dealer. This establishment is very clearly misrepresented on hotels.com. It is dirty, nasty, and dangerous. I have never felt so dirty and unsafe in my whole life. Will never go to this place again. This is the second time I have booked off of hotels.com and the place looks nothing like the photos with dirty, smelly, moldy rooms. I will also never book off of hotels.com again.

Place under renovation, understandable. But, I waited over 10 minutes for Jarod to come to the front desk to greet me and check in. I was about to leave! The electronic key and lock needed a new battery so I was locked out of my room. He fixed it at my request but wanted to put it off until I was gone from my room. Why? The door to the room had big cracks around the jamb. Could see daylight all around the door. The TV wasn’t set up so I was asked to let them come in to set it up. Why rent a room that’s clearly not ready? The parking lot had severe potholes and bumpiness. I didn’t get any attitude from the staff, which is about the only positive thing to say.

Didn’t even meet low standards

The staff member was friendly and looked to be making the best of a bad situation. Accommodations were horrible even for a cheap room. 1. Room was unsecure upon arrival 2. Huge puddle of water 3. Room oder of marijuana 4. No towels (also no towels available at desk because all were in wash) 5. No blanket (was told only available upon request) 6. Shower broken and moldy also could not be turned off 7. The towel I did receive the next morning was stained pretty bad

The gal that was working, the desk was nice and respectful however, she was delayed to assist and didn’t seem to care that we felt uncomfortable. When we pulled up to the location, it was off a dirt road. The advertisements provided online and through Expedia were false. The amenities were false. It was not in a well lit area. The lights that you pull up under to go check in were flickering and barely working. There was cockroaches and spiders in our room, mold and extreme dust in the bedroom. We had no blankets and our deadbolt to our room had been broken previously, and it was very noticeable that it was not securely able to work. We did ask for our deposit back which the front desk did oblige too, and I did go through Expedia and told them my experience and they did refund me with no issues but the advertisements online and through Expedia along with the reviews over the last five months of a supposed remodel and amenities are false and it is the worst place in experience I’ve ever had in my life. There were people there that made you uncomfortable and stared at you and followed you around. I will never go back to any days inn ever in my life. It was actually disgusting and humiliating and degrading. If they have new owners like the reviews say I hope that they figure it out because I feel like this situation should be illegal or it should be made into an apartment complex for those people that stay consistently because it look like people lived there.

Stayed here for one night enroute to Myrtle Beach. Motel was old and not updated. There weren't any towels in our room and only a sheet on the beds: no comforter.

Wont go back.

The website says there is a pool, its not functional. Our reservation was for 2 queen beds, we had 2 full size beds. There was no fridge or even a trash can in the room. The only sink in the room would not drain at all. The bathroom and shower was terrible. We had a lamp in the room but the shade was broken and on the floor. The breakfast was literally 2 types of cereal and waffle maker. They did have decent coffee but the juice machine was down. The employees were nice and apologizing for the website not being updated.
