「The location of this property was perfect! My husband and I both had meetings in two different directions and this was a great location for both of us. The property was super clean and exactly as the pictures showed. 」

「The parking is reachable from the main apartment. The location can’t be beat, and all the amenities are top notch. However, you’ve got a bit of a slog if you have too much luggage.」

「It was close to Five Points and the train was surprising at first but after the initial shock it was not an issue. Thx for the ice trays and pitcher with filtered water. Really liked the shower and water pressure. We didn’t have to drive anywhere after arriving thankfully, the parking area is tight but grateful for parking. 」

「This house felt like our own little oasis. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch and grilling set up. Both bedrooms are en-suite with another half bath out in the main living area. Also, I would highly recommend asking about the annex and renting the whole property if you have a need for more than 2 bedrooms! Adorable.」

「We went to Columbia to look for an apartment for our child who is starting law school at UofSC soon. The house is in an ideal location for anyone wanting to explore Columbia. It was clean and we did not have any issues during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and it looks like the whole area is being revitalized.」
