Great place for anyone that loves beautiful sunsets, water sports, fishing or hunting! Comfy mobile home on a corner lot across from the Albemarle Sound. 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fully furnished kitchen, washer, dryer and WiFi. Master bedroom has Queen bed and attached bathroom. Second bedroom has full size bed. Single size sleep sofa in living area. Less than an hour drive to the Outer Banks, historic Edenton, Pettigrew State Park and other sites!

Pocosin Lakes Visit

We stayed here to visit the wildlife refuge and do some fishing at the outer banks. The place was very clean and neat. The neighborhood was very quiet and you can also see the water which is nice. I hope to get to go back and stay here again.

Felt secure and joyful peace.

The area is quiet, and the home is so clean and filled with the necessities you need. Just do a little groceries and relax. Wifi is not that great but it’s due to the area. It’s a quick 8-10 min ride into town but be careful at night because its quite dark, and the road has two awkward turns. All in all, we enjoyed our stay! I definitely recommend and John the host is a decent guy, thanks John! :-)

Very Clean and comfortable!

Very few places you walk in and can immediately tell it’s clean, this is one of them. We’ve stayed here before and the owners keep making improvements. New beds have been put in and they are very comfortable. Newer washer and dryer too. There is always starters of everything (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, etc.), and the even include coffee samples. We really like this place, they make it feel more like a home than a rental. We will be back!

Thank you so much for a great stay! The place is very very clean. I think my fiancé was more worried about whether it was going to be clean or have a smell more than anything but it was VERYclean and didn’t have a smell. SHE EVEN WALKED AROUND BAREFOOT😂. I was a little surprised with how dark it is going to the house. After living in NY for 40 yrs it was different but we enjoyed every minute of the stay. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. We will definitely be back soon! The Gibbs #COLUMBIA

We had a relaxing time in this space. It was super comfortable, spacious for a mobile home and CLEAN!!! The kitchen was really well stocked but the grocery was also not too far for anything we forgot. Manteo in one direction and Edenton in the other had tons of delicious dining options. We spent a day on the Outer Banks which was only an hour away. Super easy check in and good communication. Thanks John! We will definitely be back!
