This is a beutiful 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home. Each room has its own private BR. Sleeps 5 with 1 pullout sleeper sofa. Located in Downtown Rosewood area. UofSC, Prisma Baptist Hospital is 7-10 min away, Fort Jackson is 10 min away with easy access to I-77. UofSC School of Medicine and VA medical center is 5 min away. This place is designed for traveling families, medical/working professionals looking for a relaxed home. It has a big fence private backyard with deck where you can unwind.

Fort Jackson Graduation

Great place to stay for Fort Jackson graduation/activities! Lest than 5miles away and only 15min! Loved this place and will definitely rent this place again whenever we are in town!

Close to everywhere you want to be

The property was clean and decor as advertised. Located within minutes from everywhere though the street was a little busy which made getting to sleep in the front bedroom a bit challenging. Getting into and out of the driveway was rough, but the property overall was nice. The owner was responsive and checkin/checkout was a breeze.

Nice townhouse close to everything

Very accurate description. Comfortable beds and couch. Keurig coffee maker. Well appointed kitchen. Soooooo clean. My niece is a stickler and even she was impressed with how clean it was. Would stay here again.

Not a great experience

Keys not in box at checkin and had to wait 2 hours to get them. Which made it a late night, with an early morning game. Fold out was not in bedroom as indicated, which let one child downstairs and the alarm beeped all night.

Appropriate for price

The place was clean and cozy. Beds were hard. Shampoo and conditioner were supplied. No soap or body wash. Had coffee maker with k-cups as well as cream but no sugar or sweetener. Overall was decent. Checkin information does not come until time for check in (which was kind of scary since I’m a planner and need to know that things are going to run smooth). The not knowing was nerve wracking. It’s on a very busy street so getting in and out of the driveway was very tricky at times as well.
