Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

No heat

It’s winter time and this unit has no heat. In fact, the registers blew cold air and you have no control over the thermostat. There was also very thin blanket and no top sheet also no TV remote Roku TV. Noisy location.

Disappointing experience

The bad: stained bath towels, dog hair over bedspread/Carpet area, dirty floors; no AC thermostat- vents still blow cold air when closed; panhandling around the property / we were approached by one guy wanting to borrow a phone to call his girlfriend, other vagrants loitering, not a safe place for single female; location is on edge of village, next to major overnight road work - we were disturbed a couple of times in the course of a week. The good - walking distance (100 feet to 1/2 mile) to over 10 great restaurants, bars, bakeries, delis, etc. the village is pretty.
