Very clean and spacious. Property was close to a lot of activities and local restaurants. We some issues during check in with the fob, but this was rectified appropriately and had no other issues.

Free parking is highlighted in the listing, which was a main thing that attracted me to the property. After sending payment I was told there was no remote control available, that I would need to download the Roku app, minor inconvenience. Then when I received the check-in instructions the day of, I was told that the parking pass was NOT available and I would need to use on street parking which required feeding the meter every three hours. I was in meetings all day during my trip and could not just run back to feed the meter. So after feeding the meter for the night, during which there were people loitering and making me feel uncomfortable, I returned to the unit to watch TV with my downloaded Roku app only to find there was no actual Roku connected to the TV. I decided that enough was enough and I booked a room at a Holiday Inn down the street. After asking for a refund I was informed that they were only willing to discount 15 percent, even though I didn’t stay there at all. I often travel for business and this was the worst experience I’ve had with accommodations. Renter Beware!!! Their management made it obvious they were not interested in my safety or my concerns.

I was really excited about finding this rental and am glad we booked this place. A couple things - I was notified by the host after the booking was completed that the dryer was out of order and that the free parking at the property was unavailable due to a technical issue. We were then advised by the host that they would reimburse for street parking. After much research, we found street parking was only available at 3 hours at a time. We ended up finding lot parking across the street that is available at daily and monthly rates. We are still waiting for reimbursement for the parking cost. Notwithstanding these issues, this rental is really nice. Located within the historic Mercantile Building (built in 1902) the space is completely renovated, updated and secure (be sure to follow key fob directions). Our rental included 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - plenty of space. Love the mid century modern touches. The massive support beam is quite impressive! There is a small fitness center on the ground floor. All modern appliances and very clean. Keep in mind, there is a fire department nearby so you'll occasionally hear sirens going by. We stayed here in Feb 2026 - there is plenty to do and within walking distance of the Scioto Mile as long as the weather is nice. We absolutely adored the Yemeni coffee shop located across the street. All in all, we had a great time and would stay here again if we come back to Columbus!
