Very cozy place close to a lot of restaurants and fun places to go. The beds are very comfy. Nice, clean historic home with tons of charm. We had everything we needed for our stay. The place is well stocked. Luxury linens and very nice towels. Booking, check-in, and host response was all perfect. The *only* "complaint" I have is we wished there would have been a TV in the bedroom. But, that's not a deal breaker. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again

Amazing place in an adorable neighborhood

It was close enough to the major highways, but far enough off the beaten path that it was quiet. Lots of people outside around the neighborhood so it felt very safe. Watch for the albino squirrel!

Can't beat the place for the price. Nice part of town, with close proximity to OSU, Short North District and Downtown. However, certain parts can use some remodeling and upkeep, such as the closets. Took a while to receive the house instructions on the day of check-in and we thought the reservations had not gone thru. But overall, highly recommend it and would stay again.

We enjoyed our time at your ABNB for the weekend. It was a gift from our children. You might want to check the Roku, we put new batteries in it but it didn’t work well at all. The volume and changing of channels was difficult. Lowing the volume was impossible. Thank you for our stay there, it was great.

Disappointed in the Corporate nature

The property was great period unfortunately, during my stay in Ohio. I fractured my wrist andNeeded extra time to get out of the property on the day. I was leaving and the host declined to give me extra time to leave. Additionally, there were other people staying in the same house on the second floor and they were very noisy. There were lights on all night at the front. Door of the second unit, and we couldn't tell them about turning them off until the next day. So I lost a night of sleep that night. I don't think I would stay here again.
