“The cottage we rented was absolutely terrible! The bedding was stained upon our arrival, the porch was dirty, there are air gaps around the outside doors, so the cottage was full of mosquitoes. The rugs were stained and dirty. It literally looked like no one had been in there in months. Clearly, no housekeeping was done. When we first walked in, we knew we didn't want to spend the 2 nights that we had paid for, nonrefundable. We left and luckily found a hotel. It was very disappointing, as we……

Literally left the house without being able to rinse my hands after I soaped them up. I don’t feel like the properties are very well maintained. They finally moved us to another property in the evening after they couldn’t find a fix for the water situation. I didn’t like the communication of emails. I requested texting so I wouldn’t have to open……

“The photo posted before we booked was a complete different room, the bathroom had 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 days…the water pressure barley was working and smelled like rotten sewer, was a bunch of napkins in a ball that looked wet in the window, the dresser had random belongings and clothing in them, no towels no tv like listed and the washer and dryer that was listen was apparently “in maintenance” ”
