Trying to figure out parking was awful. Check in was easy & quick. Our bathroom wasn’t very clean. There was hair on the floor, trash under the sink area and the sink was dirty. The location was great for our event at the convention center.

Had a great time staying at the hotel. Great location, rooms were great and I love the concept of the lobby lounge like area. Will definitely stay here again.

Holiday Inn Columbus Dwtn-Capitol Square by IHG
Super clean, fairly up to date decor, and a friendly and professional staff. Only ding in the experience was the bathroom-- tiny lacking an exhaust fan. On the plus, plenty of hot water. Would stay there again, water closet notwithstanding.
