「came in town for a wedding, bridesmaids were coming to do their hair at my rental, walked in dirty linens, not changed or cleaned, bed unmade, dirty floor and dirty towels. I had to clean the apartment the first part of my trip. ended up having to go to alternate location. nice place and apartment and amenities. very disappointed in the cleaning aspect. 」

「Vbro showed this property as free for Friday Saturday night. It looked good so we passed on other properties. They informed us the next day that it would only be free at night because they require a full day to clean. Whatever. Arrived at 9 pm for a stay for our third anniversary and were locked out. No response, no info. I don't understand how you can be this incompetent. It's not difficult to include the minimum entry requirements in your emails or to pick up the phone if you don't. Unreal.」
