「The place does not look anywhere near the photos, communication was absolutely horrible I sat inside my car for 3hrs early in the morning trying to get into the property to then find out if was given the wrong code, me and my friend both woke up with a bad allergic reaction eyes swollen face swollen 2 out of the 3 days which i think was coming from the millions of red ants that were coming in I asked for early check out to possible be able to go to another place and was denied a refund!! 「We had an amazing stay!
The property was very clean, cozy, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood was peaceful, safe, and quiet, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our trip. One of my favorite parts was waking up to the sound of the roosters in the morning it felt like a natural alarm clock and hearing the beautiful coquí frogs at night was such a special experience.
Everything we needed was conveniently close by, and getting around was easy with Uber. Isla Verde beach...

「The staff was ok we communicated by phone the room was not bad but the pull out bed was not clean. They didn't provide all the necessary linings we did can to talk to the representative they never addressed the issue they had us waiting and then offered a 25 percent discount.」

「The area was alot different next door to a abandoned building people hanging out. The inside was nice beside the stains of the couch. When asked for a refund nope nothing. They were just concerned about the money paid for the location and notbthe safety of the individual. Expedia needs to screen areas a little bit better. Check in and checked right back out.
