Our large master has a king size bed, sitting area and private master bath. While our second bedroom has a queen size bed and its own private bath. The loft bedroom has two twin beds plus a children’s playroom with a built in twin bed as part of the reading nook area. This would be ideal for kids and useable for adults with the third bathroom located downstairs. Our laundry room has full size washer and dryer set. The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances, utensils, cookware and dishes for your dining enjoyment. Our open room concept allows plenty of space to gather in the dining and family room. Four swivel recliners to relax and watch TV or read a good book while enjoying the view of the river through the two oversized sliding doors. We have music room that features an 1860's square grand George Steck piano, a very rare instrument that was brought to Texas by oxen!
Our location allows easy access to the Hill Country’s shopping, dining, vineyards and special events. We are only 5 miles from downtown Comfort where there are lots of great shops to browse and you must stop at High’s Café on Main. Just down the highway you will find Singing Waters Vineyard and Bending Branch Vineyard with tasting rooms and entertainment. Only 15 minutes away you can visit the unique historic Camp Verde Store and grab some lunch at their restaurant. It’s 20 minutes to Fredericksburg, 15 minutes to Kerrville and 30 minutes to Boerne. If you want to get in some big city shopping and entertainment we are only 45 minutes to the Rim Shopping center, LaCantera Mall and Six Flags over Texas!
