The apartment is located close to shops etc. which was great. However there were numerous problems with it. The door didn't lock properly, they had to change the oven but I could never get it to work, there were cockroaches, the mattress was discustingly dirty, no closet or hangers for clothing, no shelves/cupboards for food/dishes, the only dishes were plastic, no can opener/corkscrew/microwave. Even though I stayed there for almost 3 months, there was no cleaning of the apartment. I had to complain many times and at least they were fairly quick to respond and fix some of the problems. Numar was the only great thing about this place. She was the person who I connected with regarding the problems and the one who came to pick up the garbage, do the laundry, etc. She always responded quickly, was apologetic even though none of the issues were her fault, was kind, considerate and helpful about anything I asked her. If not for her, the place would have been a complete disaster.
