“Entiendo que las sábanas están resguardadas no obstante sí es necesario mejorar la limpieza en las mismas. Percibí que fueron ocupadas pero no lavadas, particularmente en las almohadas, estaban guardadas pero percibí un hedor de sudor. No sé que gente llegue ahí, pero vestir bien, llevar automóvil caro no es sinónimo de higiene y tanto un turista nacional como algún arrogante extranjero porque parezca "limpio" no por eso no se laven las sábanas. Sólo ese detalle. ”

“Exceptional location, comfortable apartment with great amenities, beautiful rooftop lounge. Elevator was not working during our 4th floor stay so we got our exercise; caution if you are traveling with mobility issues. The last morning when we got up to get ready to leave for the airport, there was no water so we couldn't flush the toilets or shower; not sure if that's a common issue as we were leaving and didn't ask. Overall a gorgeous, safe place to stay in an exceptional location!”

“Very affordable. Friendly staff and spacious room. This hotel is located in a quite and beautiful neighborhood that's great for a morning run and has street food. My advice is to bring more clothes because it gets cold in Mexico City at night and I think AC is uncommon in most hotels here.”

“Loved the central location to everything like FOOD (everywhere), CULTURE (short uber to anywhere), SHOPPING ( many local vendors) and NIGHTLIFE all within a 5-10min walking distance. Now the Accommodations: (deluxe apartment) was really good, fast WiFi, huge HDTV, fully functional kitchen, bed comfortable and the amenities were like at home so very nice. The only negative (depending on season of your visit) is that my unit didn’t have central air and had only ONE portable a/c for the entire……

“We had no complaints during our stay. The room was spacious and all amenities(cookware, plates, salt, towels, shampoo, body soap, conditioner, fridge and freezer, clothes iron, hangers, & others) were available for use. Aircondition was great and strong enough for the entire space. TV was smart which inluded entertainment apps but TV could be updated. Everything was clean and modern. Although daily housekeeping was not available(which was stated prior to booking), everything we needed was……
