I guess you can have everything but it would have been nice to have been told about the noise. We moved out after 7 of of our 9 nighs there.」

「The company did not respond to emails, phone calls,etc. They sent me the code to get in a few hours before I got off my cruise ship. By this time I booked a new hotel.They would not give me a refund. In retrospect I'm glad I rebooked even though I lost the money because the place is in a dangerous neighborhood and we would not have been able to walk around with day and night.」

「There was a glitch with the check in process. However, Genesis rectified it as quickly as possible and made sure I was compensated for the issue. Life isn't always perfect which we expect while traveling. It is the manner in which the issues are handled and resolved that make the difference. Genesis was amazing, no, beyond amazing, at how she handled everything. It's a fabulous location for being central and close to restaurants, shopping and everything you need. Highly recommend.
