「First off, the staff were uniformly EXCELLENT. Super friendly, responsive and positive. We had a really nice week and enjoyed the resort. However, through no fault of the staff, the rotting seaweed was a significant downside; not only did it smell pretty unpleasant, but we couldn’t use the beach AT ALL during our 7-day stay. That being said, highly recommended. Food was consistently good and sometimes excellent, drinks were slightly watered down but what do you expect at an all-inclusive...

「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「The service is truly excellent from start to finish. You get picked up and dropped off at the airport (CUN) and there are assigned staff always just a text away. Complimentary activities come with the reservation and the Palafitos exclusive restaurant is amazing. The views are obviously spectacular and having breakfast delivered to your own private bungalow overseeing the ocean is truly special. Will definitely be back!」
