「Staff was great. Food ranged from good to great. Rooms were large and in great condition. Our Ocean View room was quite a long distance from the water and the view was limited. Next trip I would book ocean front. 」

「The customer service for this hotel was more than perfect. They took every opportunity to make sure our honeymoon stay was perfect and memorable. The food is amazing and the vibes of the hotel was perfect for a relaxing honeymoon. Ricardo and his coffee art and making was amazing and delightful to start the day with. Mario and Enrique were excellent in signing us up for activities and attending to our needs during our stay. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel in the future. 」

「Incredible hotel, well thought out with attention to detail. Our butler Jean-Luc was extremely helpful and reactive with all of our requests. Loved that it was smaller occupancy compared to other hotels in the area, with plenty of opportunities to see flora & fauna. We really enjoyed the meal at Woodend, breakfast was great, but found the lunch/dinner food at Casa Mayor to be a bit mediocre. Spa was wonderful, Claudia gave a great massage and the hydrotherapy pools are a nice touch. Also very...
