Under VRBO standards, listings must be accurate and not misleading. This is a clear violation. Property Not as Described / Below Acceptable Standard The house is old, poorly maintained, with visible cracks and signs of neglect. There were flooding issues, impacting normal use of the property. “We loved our stay! Very clean, the beds were both super comfortable and that’s the second thing I look for next to cleanliness, and this place nailed both. Communication was also wonderful, any questions were answered so swiftly, and the road in front of the house was closed for repair so if that was any minor inconvenience at all, the quietness of not having traffic in front of the home more than made up for it. “This was the perfect house for our family. We enjoyed the beach front location, perfect for tanning then cooling off in the ocean or pool. House was clean and well equipped for cooking. We cooked some meals, enjoyed local restaurants and also had Maria cook some dinners and breakfast. There was a water issue the first couple of days and Marina was very helpful with coming over and getting the city water turned back on. We would definitely recommend this house and stay here again! “We absolutely loved staying at Casa Los Angeles. We hope to come back and stay again soon! We loved learning and seeing the history of it. Truly is a beautiful, serene place. We recommend walking down to the parque de palapas to enjoy some great food and music, just absorb in the culture of central Cancun. The house is great location.
