The rooms needs to be updated, curtains were broken, had to use my hair clip to keep the curtains close, sheets were stained, used the coffee maker in the room the first day but they did not refill the coffee anymore, had to keep calling to get clean towels.

This place was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty upon arrival, with visible grime and poor overall cleanliness. The sinks were broken, making it difficult to even use the bathroom properly. The curtains looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages, adding to the uncomfortable atmosphere. To make matters worse, the toilets wouldn’t flush properly, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation. Overall, the condition of the facilities was terrible, and it felt like basic maintenance and hygiene were completely ignored. I would not recommend staying here. It needs serious improvements in cleanliness, repairs, and basic upkeep.

The rooms need major upgrades but the property is solid. Im not sure why people mentioned bugs but that wasn't my experience at all. If you're looking for luxury this is not it but if you love the pool, beach, nature, wild life and cheap strong drinks this is the place for you. I wanted to give the property a 3 star because of the room but to be fair, it's basic not bad.

This is NOT AN ALL INCLUSIVE RESORT. The first none inclusive resort I have been to. They have maybe ten a la carte but you can only use two, all the others are at an “extra cost”. The use of certain pools and bars, are all extra cost. There are absolutely no lawn chairs on the beach for regular users, but there are just a very few for extra cost! You have to use your towel. How is that an all inclusive resort when you have to pay extra? They say they have “three tiers” well none of that is advertised when booking. So you pay $3000 for two a la cartes and everything else it extra. I chose the Italian a la carte that I had to wait a week for and the lasagna had a soapy taste. All the buffet for breakfast and dinner was mostly pork. One time for the dinner buffet they had burgers and hotdogs which tasted awful. Everything else was pork. Throughout the week they had pork tacos, pork bites, and even a full small pig… I had enough pork products that I’m done with pork for a while. I heard the other a la carte Bahai with steak was also awful Now about the rooms… you are not getting any sleep staying there. The way the pyramids are built, that if you whisper in the lobby, you will hear it inside your room on the top floor. The people staying next to a connecting room it sounds like the people staying next door are inside your room. If you are over looking the main lobby then you won’t be getting any sleep because it’s so loud. All night. For a beautiful resort, it was one of worst.

Es un Hotel de Baja Categoría para estudiantes !!! Los ascensores de terror … andaba uno solo de dos y a una velocidad de caracol ! Las aberturas de las habitaciones no cierran herméticamente y por consiguiente entra mucho ruido de afuera amén de que los black outs no cubren la totalidad de la ventana por lo que no se puede dormir bien … en fin > un Hotel para estudiantes de fiesta ..!!!!

The resort was very clean and beautiful. Unfortunately, the staff gave us incorrect information several times regarding the amenities and restaurants, leading us to run in circles trying to figure out where we can and cannot eat. Furthermore, this resort is not actually "all-inclusive" as it is advertised to be. This resort works on a tier-based system, with different colored bracelets. If you book the regular all-inclusive, there are only two restaurants you can even eat at, and most of the bars will turn you away. I am disappointed that this was not advertised before booking the resort. The staff are very unhelpful as well. When we asked for towels, the staff told us that someone would be up within the hour to bring us towels. However, towels were not brought to us for the duration of our entire trip. The events did not happen half of the time, as advertised through the Oasis app. We showed up for bingo at 3, and bingo never started. The signs were up, but nobody was there.

No warning that they allowed spring breakers yelling at all hours. Lines for the bar and buffet were extremely long. They were out of food and reservations for restaurants were booked. Tailored all entertainment to spring break and refused to allow us to borrow a volleyball to play sand volleyball on the beach. Staff very unhelpful.

We are extremely disappointed with our experience at this hotel. We specifically requested a room with a king-size bed, yet we were given a room with two uneven queen beds pushed together. To make matters worse, the bathroom sink and tub were visibly dirty upon arrival, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. On the second day we were moved to another room. While the bed in the new room was better, it still did not meet the standard we expected—especially for what was supposed to be a members room. Unfortunately, the service throughout the stay was equally disappointing. Many staff members appeared disengaged, frequently on their phones, and did not seem interested in assisting guests. Friendly or welcoming service was largely absent. The dining experience was also poor. The buffet food lacked quality, and the kitchen area appeared unclean. At one point we witnessed two staff members openly arguing about heating tortillas, which was both unprofessional and uncomfortable for guests to observe. At the pool area, there was no drink service at all. Unlike many hotels where waitstaff circulate to offer beverages, guests had to stand in long lines each time they wanted a drink. Overall, this stay fell far below the standards we expected. Cleanliness, service, and food quality should be basic priorities at any hotel. We hope management seriously reviews these issues and takes steps to improve the guest experience.
