"Our stay was great, beautiful room and resort. We went off season and there was barely anyone there. It is definitely a pool resort, we pretty much got a private pool as there were multiple pools spread across the resort and no one there. Would definitely recommend, lots of activities to do in resort and multiple à la carte restaurants that allow walk in. The only negative would be the beach as it was not swimmable due to the excess sargassum and night shows were fun but more on the amateur side. Overall fun stay!"

"We loved everything about our stay. The customer service was great, variety of restaurants and quality of food was great. Every night we had an entertainment in the teather. We attended silent disco and two parties. Watched few performances. Pools are clean. They offered several games at the pool, aquatic exercises. Definitely recommended."

"Wow. Took my wife here for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. One of, if not the best week of our lives. Could not recommend more. Serenity Club was worth every penny. Our butler Carlos was the MAN. It was our first all-inclusive experience and Carlos was very patient with us and all our questions. It was really nice being able to text him to set up dinner reservations ahead of time instead of having to do all the leg work of calling the Concierge & doing it ourselves. The Serenity exclusive restaurant, Tahani, was one of the best parts of the trip. The food was incredible, vibes were immaculate, and we never wanted for anything. Resort entertainment can be hit or miss, but Angel & Prince Joey found a way to make everything fun. Breaking up a bingo game with performances from the girls from Tahani, short stage games & passing out tequila shots is brilliant. After the main event they’d turn the venue into a club playing 2000’s-2010’s music, but with the armchairs still set up for an audience, which I think is a great business model. Good chairs & good music. The room was really nice, very clean. We had a hot tub on the porch that we spent a lot of time in. The shower was really cool, I’d never used a rain shower, so that was great. The pools were all fun, but we spent most of our time at the main pool with the dj. The staff were very attentive, regularly checking if we wanted more to drink. We will definitely be back. Highly, highly, highly recommend."
