「Everything was great except that the property it’s too close to the beach. It’s about a block from the actual beach. When you walk on the beach one gets sand on your shoes. I want a beach with no sand, perhaps a sand less beach would be perfect. The property it’s perfect and everything. The beds are great to sleep and rest. Kitchen it’s terrific if you staying for several days, you can save hundreds of dollars cooking there. They even supply you with ice and drinking water, plates, stove,...

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
