“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and cool towel before being driven to our bungalow, which immediately set the tone for an incredible stay. The bungalow itself was absolutely amazing—spacious, beautifully designed, and full of luxurious touches. The glass floors overlooking the beach below were such a unique and stunning feature. Having our own personal pool, a full refrigerator, and outstanding service made……

“The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would suggest having more employees speak more fluent english. Maybe add more activities for traveler's. The food was a little over cooked. Rooms were spacious and clean.”
