some issues

I had reserved both side of the duplex. When we arrived we could only access one unit because the lock was broken. The next morning someone came to "fix" it and we able to get in. However when returned back to the unit after the wedding that night again we were locked out. After we could contact the hosts we were able to get in again but very frustrating. We did not have WIFI access or any instructions for departure. Otherwise nice units
