“I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible……

“Spotless room, friendly staff, delicious breakfast offerings. I didn't use the pool or the hot tub because the chlorine smelled so strong I'm afraid I would gone in with brown hair and come out with white hair. Otherwise it's a fantastic place and I'll definitely be back, and hopefully they won't have just used some shock treatment on the pool and they will have fixed the jets on their jacuzzi, and both of the out of order treadmills.”

“We actually canceled a reservation at a different property because it was completely disgusting. Our second reservation was with this hotel and it was delightful. We actually left in the morning before breakfast was served, and the lady at the desk opened up enough to let us have a bagel and a yogurt and some juice for our little ones”
