The staff couldn't be more helpful and the service was first class. The roof top bar is beautiful with views across the lake and the old town. “Great hotel right next to the Como Lago train station, only a 5 minute walk away. Great for travelers with rolling suitcases so you don't have to travel far. Short walk away from the lake front and city center. Older building with decent sized rooms, really great for a short trip or as a home base while you travel to the other towns on the lake. Staff was super helpful with finding the hotel and checking in after 6pm. Kept in contact via WhatsApp, super convenient. Safe area which is a must.”
