The property had plenty of space, it was relitivley modern and a it had communal kitchen, Although the area around is steep, the location is very nice and quite.

The property is located in a VERY good spot right next to the border with Switzerland, although reaching the property with a car is quite difficult because it is located in a very narrow street, climbing up to a mountain. Spaces are clean and room was comfortable. Owner was available at all time, reached by phone and very helpful to provide any information or help.

In a convenient location, yet quiet and away from the heavy traffic. Close to public transportation, the Swiss border. Convenient to shopping centers. Easy parking. Outstanding and always available host. Cannot beat the value for the price and the options.

Nice enough place to stay if on a budget and was easy to reach Como by bus. Challenging to walk to Como from here. My main complaint would be the lack of plug sockets. There was only one in the room. Other than that, perfectly comfortable with balcony space too

La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipé. Il y a un micro onde dans les partie commune. La petite terrasse est très bien. Il n'y a pas de place de parking juste devant. Les places pour ce garer sont 50m plus loin en bas de la rue. Arrivée autonome, très simple et pratique. Je n'ai rien eu besoin de faire, a par suivre les instructions du mail que vous recevrez avant votre arrivée.

Es un lugar sencillo , con lo básico para pasar una noche. Todo estaba limpio. Un parking un poco incómodo ( preferiblemente carro pequeño) , en general todo normal.

Het was een prettig verblijf voor 1 nacht. De kamers zijn wat gedateerd maar het verbaast mij hoe schoon en goed onderhouden de ruimtes zijn. Niks te klagen. Bed sliep erg prettig en je zit lekker afgelegen aan de onderkant van de berg.

Cela peut déranger le côté impersonnel et trop technique via une application. Heureusement que j'avais des données mobiles hors forfait national. La vaisselle était sale. C'est dommage que les personnes ne prennent même pas la peine de faire fonctionner le LV qui est présent ds la cuisine commune ou bien il faudrait une éponge. Sinon pour une nuit ça va, petit mais terrasse.

Die Unterkunft hat mir grundsätzlich gefallen, die Parkmöglichkeiten waren gut und das Personal war hilfsbereit. Leider war mein Zimmer sehr, sehr hellhörig und auch der Boden hätte sauberer sein dürfen.

Séjour très agréable

Très bon séjour à la Casa Livio. L’hôtel est très calme et la chambre est très sympa, avec un balcon agréable. Le personnel est très sympathique même s’il est parfois difficile de communiquer si on ne parle pas italien. Le seul point négatif est son emplacement, si vous vous déplacez en bus dans Côme il faut savoir que les bus en direction de l’hôtel s’arrêtent aux alentours de 21h, ce qui ne permet pas de profiter de la ville le soir, sinon le bus est très pratique et s’arrête devant l’hôtel.
