Beautiful hotel in the best location for those people who appreciate the great views and convenience. Hotel has parking near by and has a nice restaurant. They give you a discount for their food and drinks plus a discount in another restaurant that is two doors down. Breakfast could be a little bit better, as they didn’t even have scrambled eggs, only broiled eggs but croissants, yogurt and cereal as well as dessert were good.

Overall this was a good hotel for our stay in Como. We stayed two nights in a room that faced the lake. You could hear normal restaurant noise with the window open but once closed it was pretty soundproof. The room was clean and we appreciated the complimentary waters in the fridge. Room was quite small though, not much room to walk with two open suitcases. Breakfast was your standard European breakfast in the attached restaurant downstairs. Location was perfect, just a quick walk to shopping and restaurants. Did not interact much with staff but the staff I did talk to were pleasant.

The location can't be beat. The entire staff is super nice and helpful. Very accommodating! The room was comfortable, the beds are hard but overall we slept great. Would definitely come back here again.

Upon arriving the staff helped with parking in a nearby parking lot because there is absolutely no parking on the street available! Justin actually went with us and helped us back into a tight spot! The room was exceptionally clean and was the only room during our entire trip that had air conditioning. The wait staff at breakfast was attentive and friendly, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, but not in the summer as the hot sun sets on the balcony view rooms.

Good location right in front of the lake. Small room but good beds and restaurant in the hotel was very nice food plus breakfast was included. I expected more luxury in the room and hotel itself. It’s a small place.

The view from the room was lovely, you’re right along the water and surrounded by restaurants so I suggest a white noise machine at night. The breakfast and coffee were a lovely touch and we appreciated being able to leave our bags. I wish the staff was able to provide authentic food recommendations, but they wanted us to eat at the hotel restaurant. The shower could be tight if you’re a medium/large person, but we didn’t find it to be a problem.

Room was spacious and clean with fridge but no kettle. We visited during a heat wave and the aircon in the room was VERY much appreciated! Shower a bit small and parking available down the road at an additional fee. Didn't eat breakfast but eat offered the buffet breakfast at the adjacent restaurant (affiliated to the hotel).
