We had an awful experience at this property. Poor communication and service from the property management team. They dont leave the keys for the property for you at the site, you actually have to meet them somewhere to get the keys. We gave them an advance notice about our arrival time (I event sent a screenshot of my train tickets) and still they were over 30 mins late, brining the keys to us, leaving us wait for them at a train station in a 35C heat, tired from our travels, ignoring my calls, not responding which was extremely stressful because I thought we were scammed (while we were waiting outside in a heat with a child). Eventually when the person arrived, he was extremely disrespectful, was laughing at us being tired and upset and did not show any signs of compassion or remorse. While the location of the property is good, this is the only positive about this place. The apartment had several broken furniture, including drawer in the bathroom and drawers in the bedroom. There was no shower gel, not enough laundry detergent. When we arrived litter was left on the floor in the bathroom. Beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. The place is cheap, but you can find better rooms for the same price in the area, I will never stay there again and will not recommend to anyone.
