Very convenient to all the key sightseeing places, walking distance to the lake to book ferries to Bellagio, Verana, restaurants, shopping, railway station, bus station. Staff went out if their way to help with any queries, places to eat, visit etc, breakfast was arranged at another restaurant walking distance to the hotel. The rooms were ok very dark, small bathroom but lively hot shower, All rooms needed updating but very convenient to everything.

Karen and Anna are terrific! Very helpful and personable. The room was clean and it provided toiletries, from toothbrushes to slippers! We got water bottles every day and there were snacks available all day.

Excellent location, just a 2-minute walk to the central train station in Como city, and you can see the lake and ferry dock from the window. The bed is very comfortable, and the room has all the basic amenities you need, with a shared fridge in the communal area. The staff are extremely helpful and really sweet. They helped us a lot when we had to self-check-in. The room is on the smaller side, but for two people on holiday, it’s very comfortable. They clean the room every second day, although I would have liked the bins to be emptied every day as they are quite small. Other than that, I’d highly recommend staying here! :)

The host Isabella was extremely helpful and kind. We were on a 3 week trip to Italy and it was the best hotel experience we have had. The room was a very decent size and the location was very central and made it easy to catch ferries or take the train. I would highly recommend this place if your planning to come to lake como

While this may be an older property and not necessarily the best, their check-in taff was the best! Our shower door was broken and staff couldn't get our tv to work, but Anna, Anna and Karen were the nicest, most kindest and helpful with some personal needs that came up. We had some documents that needed to be printed and they were very sweet and accommodating to accomplish the task. The hotel was conveniently located, cose to the lake and many restaurants.

Our my experience was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always ready to assist with any request and making me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay.
