The room was spacious and has comfortable beds. Very clean. Nice heavy towels. Friendly staff with some English spoken. Quiet neighborhood. Secure parking. Outside the hotel property is dirty with trash and dog poop. Poor neighborhood with auto mechanic shops around. Not ideal if you want to walk your dogs. Only a few blocks to restaurants on Mex1.

Best hotel i have stayed in yet on this trip. Great communication from hours before I got there checking in with me. The lady that checked me in was so kind and considerate. The gentleman in the morning was very helpful. Overall a great experience.

Great stop for overnight. Pool was a welcome gift after a long ride but our room had no windows so no natural light or fresh air. Do not choose basic go one level up.

Ojalá que nadie tenga que pasar por una experiencia como esta. Si alguna vez te encuentras en la desafortunada situación de pensar que pagar más equivale a recibir un mejor servicio —lo que suelen llamar "upgrades"—, prepárate para lo inesperado. Al llegar al hotel, me informaron que nuestra habitación no estaba dentro del edificio principal, sino en un departamento externo, fuera del hotel. Para llegar, tuve que atravesar un pasillo completamente oscuro, sin una sola luz funcional, con escaleras igualmente sin iluminación y una reja al final del pasillo que daba al techo, como salida de una escena de película de terror. Mi esposa, visiblemente preocupada, se quedó esperando en el auto mientras yo me abría paso por ese escenario inquietante. Por precaución, tuve que caminar con mi navaja de emergencia en una mano y un improvisado spray de sal y pimienta en la otra, todo esto a altas horas de la madrugada, cargando maletas como pude, subiendo a un segundo piso sin elevador, en una ciudad completamente desconocida. / Al final hasta le puse una silla a la puerta de mi cuarto. I truly hope no one else has to go through an experience like this. If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate situation of thinking that paying more will guarantee better service — what they often call "upgrades" — be prepared for the unexpected. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that our room was not inside the main building, but in an external apartment, outside the hotel premises.

La propiedad esta limpia y agradable, pero el el personal no es muy amable algo muy pésimo es que no permiten pasar hieleras con tus bebidas algo que no me agrado ya qué el hotel era para relajarme con familia y amigos dentro de la habitación jugando algunos juegos de mesa y bebidas de todo tipo, lamentablemente no dejan pasar con hieleras y son muy cerrados a cualquier permiso. Si vas solo esta bien pero si vas con familia o amigos no lo recomiendo.
