"Everything was wonderful except we didn’t get the room we asked for, no view to the bay or ocean. Was sent to the back of the resort and no view. The resort itself was very clean, staff was very friendly and everyone spoke English"

"Like the big adjoining room, very clean. super friendly amazing staff /attentive .good and delicious food. buffet and the restaurant.Easy for check in,were 2 hrs.early rooms ready.entertainment amaxing.pool and beach phenomenal.busy but we enjoyed every heart bit.❤️we stayed 7 days.highly recommended. Celebrated OUR 25th Wedding Anniversary.Vacation Well Spend highly recommended."

"Nice little resort. Good overall experience. Beautiful beach with no seaweed. Food was good overall but not much variety. The buffet is quite small and can get crowded. If you decide to have a later breakfast, you will have to wait in line to be seated. I found the food style and taste were mostly for local people, rather than foreigners, as it was kind of spicy for me. We may return to this hotel anyway"

"Very beautiful, you can walk right up to the ocean from the pool area and the staff was very accommodating. The only issue was that the shoreline was a little uncomfortable to stand in due to the rocks/pebbles but was still nice regardless."

"First, the pros: The room was incredibly comfortable for a mid-tier hotel. Incredibly comfortable bed, pillows, water pressure, and room size. Housekeeping was stellar and timely, and the A/C did the job just right. Also, excellent gym with equipment that was cared for and well beyond what you normally find in a hotel. Pool was warm and the bar had a great selection of premium options. Staff was also very friendly, even under the pressure they were working under. Now, the cons. Service is terribly slow everywhere, from the front desk, to the ice cream stand, the bars, the pool service, etc. Also, the pools are both incredibly dirty. Partly due to the guests, yes, but the staff need to be better about cleaning up plates, good, and trash. The pool area was just filthy to the point where it was downright gross. The kids pool was even worse, frankly disgusting to even walk through the area barefoot. The guests also seemed like budget-oriented large families and the place was packed with yelling, misbehaving children and aloof parents. You definitely get what you pay for in that sense."
