「All of us agreed it was definitely one of the better Vrbo stays we have been in. It’s a cozy weekend stay with good air conditioning and amenities. The instructions to enter were clear enough that it was easy to enter and start our stay. The shower was pleasant. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels were provided, which was unanticipated but nice! The fridge and extra closet space was nice and the desks and tv were nice for getting some work done.」

「Great ample space for our family. With two comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, it was perfect for four. We enjoyed the spacious living room and balcony giving us enough room to spread out with our dogs. 「My girlfriends and I decided to take a trip to Newport in June of 2025 and this was the perfect venue for the trip. The unit was in a great area in Middleton (5-10 min) drive to all of the major hot spots in the area and gave us the perfect amount of space for our downtime between exploring all the area has to offer. 「The property was very clean and well maintained! Brad was very informative on the check in process and their was plenty of resources left out for us like linens, towels, etc. Very cute space and super close to many great restaurants and beaches. Close in terms of driving to close locations as well. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend those looking for a cute beach stay to look here!」

「My friends and I stayed here 4th of July weekend and could not recommend it enough. We didn’t know what to expect since there were only 5 reviews, but it completely exceeded our expectations. It is in a prime location on Thames street, walking distance to bars, shopping, restaurants, gas stations, etc. We also had 2 off-street parking spots which were extremely convenient. 「Our own entrance led us upstairs to a wonderful, spacious, clean 2 bedroom apartment! Beds were very comfortable, bathroom even had new toothbrushes/toothpaste/mouthwash if you needed it ( not all the vrbos I go to have that!) and super walkable to downtown- location is the best part of it!」

「We two had an excellent, peaceful stay, and slept well. Most everything was lovely and high quality, including the art and linens. Beds were excellent and bathroom was also despite the two doors that connected it. Our only disappointment was the kitchen, which had about a 24 square inch work space and inadequate utensils (no baking sheet, spatula, or wood mixing spoon). Pity, pity, pity~

"The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
