“Really cool apartment, lots of open space & good location. The AC didn’t work in one of the rooms while the other room’s was on which made it very uncomfortable for those sleeping in one of the rooms. The neighbors are also quite noisy through the night.”

9 at best
Not the cleanest place. No coffee maker just a plastic kettle. No tea. No complimentary water bottle. No AC either. A fan.
Location was great.
Communication was email only. No WhatsApp.
Run by an independent service so no personal interaction.
Most properties have a custodian or someone to talk to /ask questions. Nothing!
I'm a solo traveler so direct Communication is HUGE for me.
Not even a city map.
I would give this property a better rating if the Communication was……
