Beautiful and spacious home!!

The property was beautiful and very spacious. lol! My entire family (26 of us) had a great time. Indoor and outdoor living areas were perfect. Only complaints I have are that they 2 outdoor refrigerators didn’t cool much so we had keep our drinks in ice chests but other then that it was great.

“Fully stocked kitchen” found majorly lacking

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The paths down to the water were easy to access and had some great little swimming spots. We recommend renting a golf cart! It made taking toddlers/older guests down to the river very easy. We had planned on cooking all meals during our stay. I even called to double check that there were certain items supplied in the kitchen. On our first night we found that all the pans and skillets were flaking off teflon. This is before we cooked with them. The teflon came off in chunks in my hand. We called the maintenance number, and a man brought us 3 pans. We were told that somebody would be by the house the next day to give us new pots/pans. Nobody ever showed up or contacted us. We ended up buying some pans in town. This was very frustrating considering the price per night for the house. The oven’s knobs kept falling off. The gas griddle outside (which we bought propane for) was also broken. The ignition knobs had all been broken off. We sent photos of both of these issues, but never heard from anyone. Comforters/ blankets were very worn and stained. The house itself was gorgeous and had a great pool. We enjoyed all the different living spaces! Overall, our stay would have been perfect if the “included items” in the house were maintained/checked for damage between bookings.
