「This place has so much potential, but sorry to say it falls short- very short! Our biggest problem with this rental was the overall lack of cleanliness and the misrepresentation of the unit. 「I felt this listing was a Bait and Switch. The listing is on quiet Nandina Ave but this unit is actually in a small apartment building a few feet off a very busy 4-lane main road Central. There is no sound barrier so you will hear the main road all night. We specifically reserved this unit due it appearing to be on the quiet road but we very disappointed. 「The apartment itself had some issues like mold in the window sill. Front of stove had food drips down the front and the place could definitely use some paint. Only 2 towels in total were provided for 2 people for 4 days.The apartment complex itself is run down and has a homeless encampment next to the entrance. The homeless tried to stop the car every time we came and went. The security lock for the complex door was broken and pulled right open. Didn’t feel safe in the slightest bit. Very noisy!...
