「Do not even attempt to stay here. I was completely ripped off. I got there and they would not send the code for me to get in. They charged me more than booking for a place I couldn’t even get into. The office was closed and texting them did no good. I sat in the lobby for hours and finally had to go to meetings and find another place. 「Overall a great place to stay. Location is excellent, Birkdale Village has all the amenities you need. Apartment is good, well stocked and comfortable. Cleanliness could be improved on, however when brought to managers attention they offered to deal with it right away. Only drawback is people cleaning sidealks weekly with pressure washer very early inbthe morning. Overall would recommend.」

「Great place to stay for business, holiday, vacation or just to get away. Checked in late after an 8hr flight went to 11hr. After a slightly frustrating search for entryway, thing’s smoothed out.
