“I really appreciated the bathroom essentials. I didn’t have to unpack everything that I brought. They had all Dove products like bar soap, liquid hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. That was nice! The room was very clean. It was also nice that after we checked in, we received a welcome text. If we had any questions we could just text that same number. Very convenient. We missed breakfast because we were so tired. No issues with parking either. Highly recommend.”

“Check in was easy after we figured out the code box on the door. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness. There were dirty and damp towels and bed sheets above the washer. My husband always checks the mattresses for cleanliness, when he lifted the bed sheets there was hair and dirt under the fitted sheets in the master bedroom. There were no dish towels or rags to be found in the kitchen, no paper towels either. There were no rugs by the doors to wipe your feet, the sweeper had not been run……

“I booked based off location and view. While traveling to the hotel I had a tire blow out. Called the location to inform them that my arrival had went from 6pm to now 2am. Then I arrived to find that my suite was not clean nor did television work. I reported that morning to front desk and she assured me that it would be taken care of. I returned to my suite that evening to find that none of the matters had been addressed. Then on my day of check out I was awakened by staff housecleaning service……
