“I was welcomed by Mayra and she has phenomenal customer service skills. She’s attentive, shows great interest in the customer, and make sure that I was completely satisfied with my room. It is people like Mayra that makes me want to visit super eight regularly whenever I am in Tracy. She is a good role model and my recommendation is that you use her to train front desk staff. I will be back again and again. ”

“The front desk was just doing her job, not so friendly to me. The corridor of 2nd floor is replacing the wall paper, not bother me but just feel odds. The room is clean and the breakfast is good, but no so many guests, I think is because of the location of this hotel.”

Prior to my reservation and during my stay, both were extremely helpful, patient, accommodating and personable I had problems with internet reception getting Lyft and adding a stop, Amy helped so I could get to my friend's wedding:) Thank you Amy!.
