「We loved everything about this Castle Resort! We felt like Royalty staying in this historic castle…. The grounds were immaculately maintained, as were the guest rooms and all interior areas.
Dinner was fantastic as was breakfast.

「The staff are lovely. Always helpful and kind. Breakfast is a little chaotic if too many people arrive at once.
Dinner in the North restaurant was fine. The waiter was excellent. My haddock special was superb but my wife’s chicken came undercooked, twice. There is no excuse for that.
The maintenance team need to do some work in the room to fix a few faults, which I did mention to reception.
Overall I was happy with my stay.」

「Sligo was such a quiet and charming place. We enjoyed our time there. We stayed in Riverside Hotel for 1 night, the very spacious room, nice staff and delicious food gave us very good impression. The room was just face the river, which had amazing view. After checking out for days, we met some unhappy misunderstanding with the hotel, but finally the hotel management dealt with it effectively.」
