"I was in Cardiff for a competition and so only used the room and no other facilities. It was lovely and clean, the toiletries were lovely but it was incredibly hot. Also a couple of biscuits would have been nice with the room refreshments. My husband checked us in and said the staff were all efficient and lovely."

"Breakfast was made fresh and delicious. Room was small by US standards, but this isn't the US, so I can only assume it's typical. Clean rooms and great staff! No power outlets for the beds, which I found odd, but they were close."
