“A most pleasant and pleasing stay overall. Great location, clean and stylish. The only area needs improvement is check in time (4pm is too late) and no luggage storage prior to check in (especially when check in time is so late). ”

“After reading the negative reviews, I was a bit apprehensive but shouldn’t have been, it was a great stay for our family of 4. The studio was as advertised and the sofa bed was made up for our kids. The room had everything we needed, everything worked and the location you can’t beat (for Clifton village). Yes, parking can be a bit tricky here but we know the area and you can always find street parking for a fee. We also stayed Saturday night, so paid the premium but would still recommend and……

“Lovely clean flat for the money, okay location, no lift but it did the job! Unfortunately went to the wrong place first (clifton village rather than house) and it took 5 calls, 40 minutes and the operator accidentally letting us into someone else’s room before anyone realised, so maybe some better operator training necessary. ”

“Clean pleasant room that looked recently refurbished, with a kettle and microwave and a enough tea and coffee to survive a night and morning. A fridge and hairdryer was useful. Shower was good, stocked with shampoo and conditioner. Bathroom was clean. Otherwise it was basic but sufficient. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had one set of neighbours who played very loud music all afternoon until late, but thankfully eventually stopped. At this (cold and wet) time of year the pub……

“The pictures didn't match the actual furnishing of the property. The "smart" TV was just netflix or YouTube. The whole property needed cleaning properly.”

“This place has been transformed from a house into a 10 room guest house but with virtually no health and safety measures in place or faulty/unusable ones. The rooms, themselves, are ok but small but, again, no PAT Testing done, no fire exits highlighted etc. The showers are filthy and poorly maintained (more water comes out of the hose than reaches the head). All in all avoid at all costs. Fire doors are wedged open and the only fire blanket is very high up.”

“Great little apartment, so nice to be in a room with high ceilings and panelling. Well fitted out kitchen, with proper knives for cooking, plenty of pans and a colander. A couple of minor notes, the most relevant has to be the carpet, which was rather filthy tbh. Not particulates, more the staining and general condition. As a retired owner of a deep cleaning business, I would recommend once annually in rooms where food is cooked. Normally every 2 years (with spotting) in std hotel rooms is ok.……

“Very spacious and clean with an outside patio with a great view of the busy harbour. Lots of shops/bars restaurants and activities for all ages in walking distance.”

“Excellent location, wonderful breakfast, magnificent view, except that the room was cleaned up a bit late on one day! Will definitely come back! ”
