Fab location

Fab location with stunning view from the breakfast room. Near enough to walk into Coniston main town within 5-10 minutes. Great that parking was available. Pub just across the road serving good food. Tracey was friendly and amenable. Great breakfast. Compact room but perfectly adequate.

Hosts were excellent, wifi at hotel was not good, too much noise from the floor above and every time some flushed the toilet or had a shower we could here water running through the pipes in our room.

we liked the ownners , they were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay there was as pleasant as possible, the bedrooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of storeage, the breakfast was exellent with a good choice, overall we were very happy and would definitley return and recommend a stay there.

B&B in a lovely location with very nice hosts. Our room was quite noisy with a lot of noise from above us and a dreadful noise from the plumbing when other rooms ran their taps. That aside we enjoyed our stay here.
