Great location and friendly staff. Some of the decor could do with updating and the shower was unusually complex to use. Overall, a lovely place to stay, and I would recommend.

Room was ok, nothing fancy, staff were very helpful , breakfast was good, parking was also good. the ground's down to the lake was such a lovely space, and peaceful. The evening food was good, but the only thing for staying guest's was there was no proper lounge to relax in, only a small snug, away from the noisy bar area and lots of dog's.

Gorgeous location and the beds are really comfortable but for the price the rooms are tired and drinking water should be provided in the room. One wonderful smiley waitress but the rest of the staff need to appreciate the customer experience and customer perspective much, much more.

This is a lovely hotel, with beautiful spacious grounds . The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are all very helpful. It's in a good location close to the village, the only thing I'd say could be improved is the night food , it's basic pub grub ....the breakfast is fine though .

The facility is a beautiful historic building with picturesque grounds. Unfortunately we were only there for 1 day. Food and wine were terrific and the very busy owners helped us with some very silly requests to operate the radiator and find global news on the TV. I highly recommend this fine hotel!
