“Very polite and helpful staff very clean and tidy general areas and the rooms were immaculate some furniture looked a little dated but certainly were not damaged in any way and still very servicable I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.”

“quite noizy for the room located on the road side, even after close the window. Luckily the staff in the frant desk was very kind to exchange our room close to the less noizy corner. Otherwise this is a very good choice hotel in terms of CP value. ”

“The place does the job if you are a tired traveler .but be very carefully of the food service here it is really bad quality and served cold and not edible .I would just wonder over to the coop store and get your self a bit of food there at least you can see what you are getting for you money . The teenager cooking the food at the lodging main desk seemed not to care about the condition of how the food was sent out and I did not bother making a sean about it ,I calculated it was just a lost……

“Clean and tidy overall. Staff are attentive and professional. However, rooms facing the carpark were noisy overnight. I need asking for changing my room to the other side of the hotel.”

“The room was big and spacious, with a nice, large bathroom. The room itself was fairly clean but still showed areas where care was lacking. The spa costs are crazy: £120 to use the pool for 2 days!! The overall feel is tied, and it felt like all they wanted was to get more money out of you. I understand that extras cost more, but they are above Four Seasons prices, and the extras are nothing special. Feel very disappointed, as friends stayed in other hotels in the area and they were very good.”
