「I refuse to stay here they refuse to even work with me on refunding me two of the three days that I had booked the room smelled the wall was black. There was something rubbed on the wall under the TV. The floor was separating, and the chair was stained and overall, I would not stay there due to my asthma and stuff. I could not stay there with that smell I would have gotten physically sick so now I have to go through trying to get a refund or a lawyer. The manager was rude refused to even stand...

「Es nuestra primera vez visitando Panamá city beach y nos hospedamos en este hotel La habitación estaba bien limpia, iluminada .Tenía cocina y contaba con todo lo necesario por si querías cocinar:platos ,cucharas ,un set de sartenes .Además de estufa ,microondas , refri y aire acondicionado todo en muy buenas condiciones y super limpio. Sábanas y toallas super blancas y con buen olor .El desayuno tipo bufete con variedad y bien elavorado.Los trabajadores todos muy atentos y amables brindando...

I have been cleaning every single time I go out of town and bring my own supplies to clean because no one cleans like yourself!!! Don’t expect anything if you don’t do it yourself!!! If you’re looking for a spotless bathroom you will have to just do it yourself!」

「Breakfast was great and the reception was nice. Good location and nice room over the pool and a view of the gulf. Did not appreciate having to pay to park - this should be included in the room price. Also paid a resort fee which I am not sure what that was for. Again, include it in the price. But, overall, Embassy Suites was very nice and our room had a good view of the Gulf. I did not realize this hotel was not beachside but the view was unobstructed. We would stay here again.
