Lovely house in good location

Had a very comfortable stay for a few days. House is well equipped and close to the town. Good base for exploring the surrounding area. Welcome package Prosecco, crisps and Welsh cakes was appreciated.

Nice property in excellent location for local ammenaties and the visitor attractions in all of Nortf

Nice property in excellent location for local ammenaties and the visitor attractions in all of Nortfh Wales. Bungalow well furnished with comfy beds etc. With a little more attention to detail the property would be truly excellent. Reprorted a few shortfalls/defects to owner but these were not addressed during ourstay. Also beware as the conservatory has no heating or electric lighting which basically invalidates this undoubted asset for autumn/winter use. Additionally the high step access to property from front and conservatory could present problems for elderly/infirm. Despite these problems had an enjoyeable stay.
