"We loved staying in the Tree House, our visit with Charlie and the little cat! Was a little confused by the website saying to bring your own sheets and towels though, we had brought all that stuff and it was in the cabin, we just used the ones we brought. Hot tub was a nice relaxing time for myself. We would recommend you and probably be staying again in the future. Thank you for a good weekend away, it was much needed!"
"I was there with my wife and one of our daughters to attend a memorial for a deceased family member. My wife of 56 years has Alzheimer's so travel can be challenging, but our stay was very enjoyable even with the challenges. The property is excellent but I think it was the communication with our host that was the most exceptional. The worst part of the trip was leaving! Sitting around the campfire has always been a source of enjoyment and our time there was no exception. While we live 600 miles away, the Cook Forest area is home to both of us. "
"My 19 yr old daughter has always wanted a treehouse, but never had one. We decided since she never had one of her own, we should at least stay at one and found this beautiful treehouse! The pictures are spot on and the treehouse is even cooler in person! Everything feels so welcoming and inviting, including the touches by the host, such as the local bottle of wine! The lights on the walk bridge and the outside of the treehouse make it look so pretty at night. The remote location is perfect and just what you’d expect for a treehouse. The only suggestions I have would be to add a light near the fire pit (although the one outside light on the side deck might have added light to the fire pit; we didn’t try that one) and a heads up about the “no winter maintenance road” right before you get to the treehouse (there was one rough section that you could bottom out your car)."
